2. Description of Service

ConductorQA provides a multi-tenant test orchestration platform that enables engineering teams to organize, track, and analyze test cases across complex multi-application architectures. Our Service includes:

  • Web-based dashboard and user interface
  • REST API and TypeScript SDK integration
  • Test execution tracking and reporting
  • Analytics and insights
  • Jest integration (additional frameworks coming soon)

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

We offer a free plan with limited features (up to 3 users, 1,000 test cases). Free accounts may be subject to usage limitations and service availability restrictions.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Additional users can be added at the rates specified on our pricing page.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon subscription. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as available. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

5.1 No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any paid subscriptions. This policy applies to all paid plans, regardless of usage, duration, or reason for cancellation.

5.2 Rationale for No Refunds

Our no-refund policy is based on the following principles:

  • Comprehensive Free Plan: We provide a generous free plan with up to 3 users and 1,000 test cases that allows you to fully evaluate our platform's features and capabilities before upgrading.
  • No Feature Restrictions: Our free plan includes access to unlimited projects, test suites, and executions, giving you complete visibility into our platform's functionality.
  • Full Product Validation: You can test all core features, Jest integration, and workflows on the free plan to ensure our service meets your needs before making any financial commitment.
  • Transparent Pricing: All pricing, features, and limitations are clearly disclosed upfront, allowing informed decision-making.
  • Immediate Value Delivery: Paid features are available immediately upon subscription and provide instant value to your team.

5.3 Alternative to Refunds

Instead of refunds, we encourage you to:

  • Start with our free plan: Thoroughly evaluate our platform before upgrading
  • Contact support: We're committed to resolving any issues or concerns you may have
  • Cancel anytime: Prevent future charges by canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle
  • Downgrade options: Switch back to our free plan if your needs change

5.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment and notify you of the failure. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

5.6 Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after we provide at least 30 days' written notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:
