Initial Account Creation

Access the Platform
- Navigate to the platform URL provided by your organization
- Click “Sign Up” to begin the registration process

Complete Registration
- Email Address: Enter your work email address
- Name: Provide your first and last name
- Password: Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
- Organization: You’ll be automatically added to your organization

Email Verification
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the verification link to activate your account
- Return to the platform to sign in

First Sign In
- Use your email and password to access the platform
- You’ll be directed to the home dashboard
Profile Configuration
Complete Your Profile
After your first sign in, complete your profile information:

Your Organization is the top-level container that includes:
- All projects and test data
- Team members and their roles

- Admin: Full access to all organization features
- Manager: Can manage projects and team members
- QA Engineer: Can create and execute tests
