These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of software quality assurance, testing, and audit services by ConductorQA ("we", "us", or "our") to you and the entity you represent ("Client" or "you"). By requesting an audit, booking a plan, or submitting an order on conductorqa.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service scope and delivery commitment

1.1 Pre-launch QA audit: ConductorQA will conduct an automated and human-verified QA audit of the web application URL provided by Client. The audit evaluates reachable user flows, form validation, error handling, responsiveness on mobile and desktop viewports, console/network exceptions, and basic accessibility standards.

1.2 Turnaround time: When ConductorQA confirms scope, it confirms in writing a scheduled start time for the audit (the "Start Slot"). Delivery occurs within forty-eight (48) hours following the later of the Start Slot and our confirmation of valid access to Client's test or staging environment ("Access Confirmation").

1.3 Out-of-scope items: Unless expressly contracted in writing, our audits explicitly exclude: (a) stress or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) load testing; (b) penetration testing, cybersecurity vulnerability exploitation, or formal SOC 2/ISO audits; (c) native mobile iOS/Android binary code decompilation; and (d) direct code refactoring or pull request generation.

2. Client obligations and test environments

2.1 Test credentials: Client is responsible for supplying functional test credentials and a stable test or staging environment. If an environment is inaccessible or credentials expire during testing, the 48-hour delivery clock is paused until access is restored.

2.2 Production environments: While ConductorQA can test production environments upon request, Client acknowledges that exploratory testing exercises input fields and forms. Client must provide sandboxed test accounts or test payment gateway credentials (e.g. Stripe Test Mode keys).

3. Fees and payment

3.1 Fixed pricing: Fees for QA audits are fixed as published on our pricing page ($750 for a Starter audit of up to 15 routes; $1,500 for a Growth audit of up to 40 routes). Custom scopes are quoted in advance.

3.2 Invoicing: Payment is collected in full via Stripe credit card or bank transfer prior to Access Confirmation and test execution.

3.3 Re-test add-on: Clients may purchase a verification re-test pass ($250) within thirty (30) days of receiving an audit report to confirm whether the issues in the report are fixed.

4. Intellectual property and confidentiality

4.1 Client IP: Client retains sole ownership of all intellectual property, source code, designs, and content in the application under test. ConductorQA claims no rights in Client's products.

4.2 Deliverables: Client owns all rights to the custom audit report, bug descriptions, and media recordings produced for Client.

4.3 Confidentiality: ConductorQA maintains strict confidentiality over all non-public information, pre-release software, and credentials shared by Client.

5. Limitation of liability

ConductorQA conducts testing with industry-standard professional diligence. However, software testing can never mathematically guarantee 100% absence of defects. In no event shall ConductorQA be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the specific audit at issue.
