You pay for results, not hours. Start with a fixed-price audit. Your report arrives within 48 hours of your start slot, usually within three business days of your request. Teams that ship every week can keep us on every release with monthly coverage.

Monthly coverage compared with other QA options
Teams without a QA engineer usually compare an offshore tester, a hire, or a managed QA service. Here's how monthly coverage compares with each.
| Comparison | ConductorQA monthly | Offshore QA tester | Hire a QA engineer | Managed QA service |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | From $1,000 | About $2,400 to $5,600 full-time, at $15 to $35 per hour | A full-time salary | From about $8,000 |
| Who writes and maintains the tests | We do | The tester, from test plans you write | Your new hire | The vendor |
| When tests run | On every deploy, at any hour | During the tester's working hours | During working hours | On every deploy |
| Who checks failures | A person who didn't write the code | The tester who filed them | Your new hire | The vendor |
| What you manage | Nothing. Send a URL and a test account | Test plans, daily direction, and time zones | Hiring, onboarding, and management | Onboarding |
| Time to start | One business day | Days to weeks to find a good tester | Months to hire | Weeks of onboarding |
Managed QA services such as QA Wolf start at about $8,000 a month as of October 2026. Offshore rates vary by vendor. Prices come from public sources and may change.
Re-test after your fixes
$250
Once your team ships the fixes, we rerun every flow that failed in the audit and tell you which ones now work. Available for 30 days after the report. You can add it when you request the audit or later.
White-label QA for agencies
Deliver the report under your agency's name and logo. Your client sees your brand, and we stay in the background. Available on every package. Ask about agency rates for repeat projects.
Request a white-label auditPricing questions
- Why fixed prices instead of an hourly rate?
- With hourly billing, the slower the work goes, the more you pay. A fixed price is tied to the result: a checked bug report, delivered within 48 hours of your start slot.
- How is the monthly price set?
- By the number of flows we cover and how often you deploy. We agree on the flows at onboarding and quote a fixed monthly price, starting at $1,000, before we start. It's billed monthly in advance, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- How does monthly coverage compare with an offshore QA tester?
- A full-time offshore tester at $15 to $35 per hour costs about $2,400 to $5,600 a month, and you write the test plans and direct the work each day. Monthly coverage starts at $1,000. We write and maintain the tests, run them on every deploy at any hour, and check every failure before it reaches you.
- How does the re-test work?
- After your team pushes fixes to staging, we rerun every flow that failed in the audit and tell you which fixes work. It costs $250 and is available for 30 days after the report.
- What if our app has more than 40 routes?
- Email contact@conductorqa.com with the URL. We reply within one business day with a fixed quote.
- How do we pay?
- We send a Stripe invoice after we confirm scope. You can pay by card or bank transfer, and testing starts once it's paid.
- When does the 48 hours start?
- When we confirm scope, we give you a start slot. The 48 hours begin at that slot, once we can sign in to your app. Most teams have the report within three business days of sending the request.
