Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
ConductorQA ("we", "us", or "our") provides done-for-you software quality assurance and testing services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website at conductorqa.com or engage our QA services.
1. Information we collect
When you engage ConductorQA for a pre-launch QA audit or testing service, we may collect:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, and billing details. When you use the audit request form, we also receive the app URL, the app description, the package you chose, and the technology you selected.
- Test environment data: Application URLs (staging, test, or production), test account credentials you send us by email, user roles, and instructions you provide.
- Website usage data: Standard request logs that Cloudflare keeps when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser. We use your IP address to limit how often the request form can be submitted.
2. Protection of test credentials and confidentiality
We recognize that test environments and pre-launch applications contain proprietary business logic. Here's how we handle them:
- How we collect credentials: We ask for test credentials by email after we confirm your request, never through the website form. We use them only while testing your app.
- Deletion: When we deliver your report, we delete the test credentials you gave us.
- Mutual NDA: If you ask, we sign a standard mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before testing starts.
- AI training: We don't use your application, data, or test environment to train third-party AI models. We may keep anonymized notes about which findings were false positives to improve our own test pipeline.
3. Subprocessors and third-party service providers
We use these providers for hosting, email, and payments:
- Stripe: For payment processing and invoicing. We do not store or process payment card numbers directly.
- Cloudflare: Hosts the website, delivers audit request form submissions to us by email, and limits repeated form submissions.
4. Your rights under GDPR and CCPA
Regardless of your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or ask us to restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@conductorqa.com.
